to train participants in the fundamental aspects of epigenetic mechanisms and their dysregulation in human diseases, with a focus on recent genome-wide technological advances and clinical applications in diagnostics and epigenome therapeutics.

A limited number of fellowships covering both registration and accommodation (EUR 750) are available for medical professionals, researchers, or students. Particioants from low-income or lower-middle-income economies are strongly encouraged to apply for ESHG fellowship: see list here.
The fellowship is including tuition, course material, lunches, coffee breaks, dinners, social event, transportation to the course venue and back from the Tbilisi International Airport, and 4 nights accommodation in double rooms to be shared with another participant at the course venue or hotels nearby.

Applicants will be informed within 5 days after the fellowship deadline. Fellowship is not a prerequisite for registration.
Applicants who are not awarded a fellowship may register for the course between 15 and 20 September 2026, subject to availability.

Door-to-door transfer from Tbilisi International Airport to Telavi provided post-registration. Independent travelers: taxi or marshrutka (~1.5–2 hours).
Visa-free entry: Over 90 countries (EU, USA, Canada, Japan, Turkey, etc.) up to 365 days. Passport valid 3 months beyond departure with one blank page.
